Who We Are: Aimee has been passionate about Design since she was a little kid, spending countless hours drawing intricate floor plans and rearranging her room. She pursued her passion by studying Interior Design in college, where she honed her skills and knowledge, and then spent several rewarding years working in the industry. After taking some time off to raise her wonderful kids, she rediscovered her enthusiasm by flipping seven homes for profit, showcasing her artistic touch and savvy business sense. In 2020, Aimee eagerly returned to the workforce and stumbled upon the exciting world of Home Staging. After gathering invaluable experience at three different staging companies, she concluded that it was time to embark on her own journey. Aimee is thrilled to utilize her creative design skills to help homes shine and sell for top dollar!
Services We Provide:
Planning and Preparation:
• a visit to the property to obtain photos and measurements
• placement and layout planning
• furniture and art selection
• procurement of any items not currently in stock
• packing and wrapping
• loading
Installation:
• transport
• unloading
• furniture assembly
• furniture placement
• art installation
• bed styling and steaming
• shelf/table/counter styling
Rental:
• rental of AEG Staging and Styling assets for up to 60 days, or until contingencies are removed, or up to 72 before escrow closes, whichever comes first (contract extensions will be available in 30-day increments if needed for an additional fee)
Destaging:
• packing • loading
Each room you elect to have AEG Staging and Styling stage will include the following:
Furniture appropriate for the type and size of each room you elect to have us stage, such as sofas, chairs, accent tables, dining tables, beds, etc.
Lighting: Table lamps and/or floor lamps in bedrooms and living spaces you elect to have us stage.
Area Rugs: As needed in rooms you've elected to stage that have hard floors, such as bedrooms and living spaces.
Art: We will hang art in appropriate scale and color palettes for each room you elect to have us stage.
Decor Accents: Often referred to as "accessories" (as needed on surfaces such as countertops, tables, and shelves), accent pillows, and plants. We will only use real plants, flowers and produce.
Bedding and Towels: All beds will be luxuriously styled with bedding and pillows. Towels wil be hung on the towel racks in the bathrooms.
